Embracing the challenges to come, CEO of Your New Life (CEO YNL) turns anxiety into real belief. This holistic and confidence-building program prepares Entrepreneurs In Training (EITs) to rewrite their future with comprehensive employment-readiness, healthy habits, and entrepreneurship training.
Entrepreneur Bootcamp
The embodiment of a second chance, Entrepreneur Bootcamp is there to help potential EITs who have achieved stable housing and employment
but didn't have access to CEO YNL during
their incarceration or reentry.
Business Accelerator
There’s no greater re-start than starting your own business. Our Business Accelerator gives EITs the entrepreneurial know-how to successfully incorporate, launch, and grow a new businesses. A next step after completing CEO YNL or Entrepreneur Bootcamp and meeting reentry stability goals.
Alumni Programs
Connecting to a community who knows first-hand the power of lending a hand is invaluable through reentry and beyond. Defy’s Alumni Association ensures EITs build upon the skills and confidence gained from CEO YNL with technology, resume, and interview workshops, individual action plans, and a supportive network that keeps the focus on stable employment.
